Who We Are

Welcome to the Los Angeles Painting and Finishing Contractors Association, Inc.
The LAPFCA is comprised of professional commercial, residential and industrial painting contractors who are signatory to the Southern California Painters and Allied Trades Master Labor Agreement. We are also a chartered chapter of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), based in St. Louis, Missouri, and founded in 1884. In addition, we are members of the Finishing Contractors Association (FCA), a “union only” national organization of finishing trades contractors, established in 1997 and based in Vienna, Virginia.

LAPFCA is very active in all aspects of the industry at the local, state and national levels. The association’s time, talent, energy and resources are devoted to our members – the union painting contractor.
